Welcome to The Patriots Chapter, NSDAR, website!

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) is a non-profit, non-political volunteer women’s service organization founded in 1890 and composed of women who have men or women in their lineage who served to help form this country during the Revolutionary War. Nationally, Daughters promote our three objectives of historic preservation, education, and patriotism.

With over 190,000 members Nationwide and more than 11,000 members in the State of Florida, DAR women volunteer over 4 million service hours annually. We are in your schools, your hospitals, and your churches. We roll up our sleeves and volunteer in the soup kitchens, VA centers, and homeless shelters. We work beside you as nurses, doctors, teachers, engineers, and lawyers. We are in college, are stay at home moms and are retired. We serve our country as law enforcement officers and in our military.

On behalf of the Patriots Chapter, NSDAR, members, we invite you to explore your heritage. Let us help you find your Patriot ancestor(s). CONTACT US for membership requirements. We hope you will be able to join with us as we preserve our history through education and patriotic volunteerism.
